Why Do I Crave Sugar When I'm Not Even Hungry?

For your body to function properly, it needs energy. Glucose from food is what gives us energy. During a busy day, the body is subjected to exercise, stress, lowers blood glucose levels. Sometimes it can become a kind of addiction.

A metabolic imbalance

From a health perspective, the need for sweets may be explained as an imbalance in the body's carbohydrate metabolism, the pancreas secrete inadequate amounts of insulin, with a sudden drop in blood sugar. Following these processes, the brain is announced and received command is hunger.

To prevent this, it's recommended to get plenty of foods that release sugar in the blood at a much lower rate, if these foods also contain fiber. Examples of foods such as fruits and some vegetables. They give us a lot of energy on a longer period of time.

Compliance with breakfast

5. Avoid, if possible, stress. The need for sweet may be given by stress and fatigue, and as I said above. Try to make time for your own person
6. Try to sleep 7 hours per night
7. Very important is the consumption of two liters of fluid daily
8. Physical activity keeps the body oxygen and energy, reduce stress and stabilizes blood sugar. Tip: Do not forget to do some sports! Exercise is an important factor in this period of life. With a diet rich in calcium and an appropriate exercise program (recommended by a specialist) will keep your bones healthy and will strengthen your joints.

Besides helping to maintain weight, an exercise program can help you relax and to relieve symptoms of menopause.
